I tried ordering from shopmakari.com and the whole checkout process was annoying. After I entered my info, my cart suddenly changed, and it felt like the terms or pricing details weren’t staying the same, which is really frustrating when you’re just trying to place an order.
Then the payment page froze on me twice, so I had to keep starting over. At that point I just gave up because it didn’t feel smooth or reliable at all.

The order showed up when it was supposed to, so that part was fine. But i expected the packaging to be a lot better. The box was crushed when it arrived, and the items inside didn’t look like they had much protection at all. Nothing about it felt very secure, which was disappointing

My order showed up and the tamper seal was already broken, plus the box looked like it had been opened. I didn’t feel comfortable using it. I reached out for help, but the response was Slow and didn’t really solve anything. Disappointed overall, I don’t think I’ll order again

I reached out to support thinking it would be a quick thing, since I was just trying to get everything sorted before the weekend and had already made coffee and sat down to deal with it. But it took days to hear back, and when they finally responded, they barely helped. Frustrating overall.

I really wanted this to be easy to use, but it goes on patchy and takes way more effort than I expected to make it look decent. I also got some inconsistent answers when trying to figure out the best way to apply it, which just made the whole thing more annoying. Not the smooth experience I was hoping for

"My skin really didn’t like it"
I wanted Makari to work for me, but my face had other plans. After using it a few times, my skin started feeling itchy and I noticed these tiny little bumps popping up, so I stopped before it got worse.
Maybe it’s fine for other people, but for my sensitive skin it was just not a good match. I kind of wish I had looked into it more before buying, because with how it’s promoted, it almost feels like they make it seem gentler than it really is.

I’d save your time if you’re planning to use this site. The pages load way too slowly, and trying to find what you need feels more frustrating than it should. It’s just not a smooth experience.

I wanted to like this, but the texture just didn’t work for me. It felt really heavy and a bit sticky on my skin, like it was just sitting on top instead of actually sinking in. Even after waiting a while, my face still felt greasy. For the price, I really expected it to feel a lot nicer. Maybe it works for others, but I don’t think I’d buy it again.

"Felt like old stock"
My cream arrived looking and smelling like it had been sitting on a shelf for way too long. The scent was definitely off, and the texture looked kind of separated, so I didn’t feel comfortable using it. I emailed customer service, but the reply wasn’t helpful at all, which made me wonder if they already knew there was an issue and just didn’t want to deal with it. I won’t be ordering again.

I could not handle this scent. It was so strong the second I used it, and it had this cheap, overpowering smell that just filled the whole space. After a few minutes I had a headache and felt like I needed to evacuate the room immediately. I wanted to like it, but there was no way I could keep using it.

I ordered from shopmakari.com the whole thing left a bad taste in my mouth. The product didn’t look like the ones I’ve bought before, the packaging felt strange, and even the smell and texture were different enough that I noticed right away.
Maybe it was just a bad batch, but when you’re selling skincare, I think you have a responsibility to be upfront and reassuring with customers. I reached out and didn’t get a clear answer, which felt wrong to me. I wouldn’t buy from them again because it’s just not worth taking that kind of risk.

"Sticky residue and frustrating return policy"
I ordered this from Makari i was disappointed. It left a sticky residue on my skin and kept rubbing off onto my clothes, which was super annoying and hard to wash out. When I looked into getting help, it felt like everything was brushed off with some policy excuse instead of actually addressing the issue. Definitely wouldn’t buy again
